Hart Business Park
Annexation, rezoning and subdivision approval for an 11 lot light industrial business park accommodating large scale and small scale office/warehouse uses.  Project is located on Hart Road, south and east of the Santa Fe Municipal Airport.


FedEx Ground Facility
(March 2008-December 2008)
Development plan and building permit approval of FedEx Ground facility warehouse consisting of two
phases of development compromising 47,440 sq.ft.  Project is located within the Hart Business Park.(City of Santa Fe)


Santa Fe Metro Center
Master plan, preliminary and final development plan approval of a light industrial park consisting of two phases.  Phase I (complete) consisting of fourteen lots.  Phase II (on-going) consisting of twelve lots.  The majority of the infrastructure is in place for the Metro Center and some building has occurred on the approved lots within this approved subdivision.  The project is located south of the Interstate 25, East Frontage Road.


Montano Excavating
Master plan, preliminary and final development plan including height variance approval and permitting for a concrete batch plant and a 6,000 sq, ft building for office use and maintenance of trucks.  Project is located at 11 Aviation Drive.


JWS secured approvals for a light and heavy industrial business park and variance of height to allow silos to exceed 36’ feet in height and administrative development plan for a hot mix batch plan to manufacture construction materials. (Extraterritorial Zoning District)


Administrative development plan to allow for replacement of existing equipment for existing concrete and asphalt batch plant.  Approvals required coordinating in the transition from City/County jurisdiction to City jurisdiction.

Provided services to have approved zoning recognized by City prior to annexation of the property.
The project is located at The subject land is located at 30 Colony Drive approximately ¼ mile to the west of The Veterans Memorial highway (State Road 599).

  sfabp Santa Fe Airport Business Park
Master plan zoning, preliminary/final development plan and master plat for a light industrial business park consisting of three phases of development creating 28 lots on 39.79 acres. Mixed use development approved by City/County for a portion of the master plan, required on amended master plan.  JWS was selected to assemble land owners to participate in shared road construction, including financial and construction oversight.
