Las Soleras

Las Soleras is a mixed use project on 700 acres of land located between Rodeo Road and I-25,  Richards Ave. and Cerrillos Road.  The uses within the project include Business Park, light industrial, office, retail, and education, and recreation, high, medium and lower density residential.  James W. Siebert & Assoc. Inc. performed the site planning for the project, coordination with civil engineers, hydrologists, traffic engineers and landscape architects.  The firm was and is responsible for the development permitting on the project.  The project has received master plan approval from the extraterritorial authority of Santa Fe.

Taco Bell
James Siebert & Associates prepared intial site plan for review by City Staff. The firm corrdinated with the consulting Traffic Engineer, Architect and Civil Engineer to secure a building permit from the City of Santa fe. Site development required demolition of existing building.

Ten Thousand Waves
Consulting service began under extraterritorial jurisdiction and included formalizing prior approvals with the transition to City jurisdiction.  Master plans, preliminary and final development plan for the first phase have been approved for project.  The firm is currently processing an emergency road and restaurant for this site.

 

Fashion Outlets

Fashion Outlet Shopping Center
Proposed expansion to the Outlet Stores at the north end of the retail complex.  Administrative approval relocating the pad site from the prior approved location.  Provided a comparison of the City and County regulatory standards and issues that could impact the operation and financial position of the Fashion Outlet stores. Kohls

Kohl’s Department Store
Preliminary and Final Development Plan review for the Kohl’s Department Store located at the southwest corner of the Santa Fe Business Park consisting of 68,890 square feet.  Variance request for signage and pedestrian access and submission of building permit. (City of Santa Fe)

 

Outback

Outback Restaurant
Lot line adjustment plat approval, coordination with consulting architect and engineer on securing preliminary and final site planning, and secure approval for submission of  building permit. (City of Santa Fe)

 

Thomas

Thomas Business Park
Master plan preliminary & final development plan and final plat approval for a mixed use, industial/commercial and residential subdivision consisting of 23 lots on 11.92 acres of land. The project is located south and west of the Tierra Real Mobile Home Community on Airport Road. (Extraterritorial zoning district of City & County)

    Quiggy’s/Triple A Transmission Shop
Master plan, preliminary & final development plan consisting of three phases of development on 4.987 acres for a Quiggy’s play land and miniature golf range.  Extraterritorial jurisdiction required coordination with City/County and state agencies in order to secure approval.  JWS has maintained a working relationship on this property since the buildings were completed.
